of the major couriers operating in the market.
The SELLER operates mainly with the following carriers: Bartolini, Ups. The following delivery terms are estimated: Europe: 2-4 days for main destinations / 4-5 days for remote destinations; Italy 48 / 72h, except for unforeseen events (external causes and / or remote places). During the sales or promotions period, shipments may take longer.
The times given as indicated are purely indicative and not binding. The SELLER does not assume responsibility for any delays due to customs operations and checks, or to causes of force majeure.
The SELLER will always and in any case ask Paypal to contact the customer's bank before sending, in order to obtain approval for payment. Any delays due to the technical times of said verification are accepted by the CUSTOMER as of now.
In any case, the SELLER reserves the right to postpone the shipment in the presence of special corporate events or force majeure.
Shipping is FREE for orders over 59 euros.
During the Christmas period and holidays, shipments may be slightly delayed in delivery times.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to art. 52 of the legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 ("Consumer Code"), you have the right to withdraw from the contract signed with the Seller without any penalty and without giving any reason, within fourteen (14) days from the day you received the products purchased on sorrentinoshop.it. Pursuant to art. 54 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal may be exercised by completing the appropriate form in the Post-Sale section of the site. The Seller will send you confirmation by e-mail of receipt of the request for withdrawal. Each returned item must be accompanied by the Return Form that will be sent to you by e-mail by Customer Service.
The first return for items with a value equal to or greater than 100 € is free for orders shipped in Italy.
In this case, the items must be shipped with the courier indicated by Sorrentinoshop (BRT, GLS, TNT, DHL or UPS) using the prepaid waybill that will be provided by the Customer Service by email. Returns after the first, as well as all returns of value less than 100 € and part of orders shipped outside Italy, are subject to payment of shipping costs by the customer, except for defective items. In some specific cases, duly reported in the Return Form, it will be possible to change the chosen item with another one.
Pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded if you have purchased products tailored or customized or sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned.
I. Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code
The right of withdrawal is exercised correctly if the following conditions are met:

o the products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
o the identification tag must still be attached to the products;
or the products must be returned in their original packaging;
or the products must not be damaged.
If you have met all the required conditions, Sorrentinoshop pursuant to art. 56 of the Consumer Code will fully refund the price of the products purchased,
except for any shipping costs, cash on delivery, gift wrapping and other additional expenses that you paid when ordering. In the event that you decide to use
a forwarder other than the one indicated by Sorrentinoshop, you will have to pay the return costs in each case.
You will be contacted if your return can not be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions set out above under letters a), b), c), d) and e) of the previous paragraph.
In this case, you can choose to accept the deduction of the refund, which will be communicated, due to the decrease in value of the returned products, or if you get back the products purchased at your expense.
In case you refuse this shipment Sorrentinoshop reserves the right to withhold the products and the amount indicated for the reduction of the refund, due to the decrease in value of the returned products.
II. Times and methods of repayment
In accordance with the art. 56, paragraph III of the Consumer Code, only after Sorrentinoshop has received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return and Sorrentinoshop will proceed to full reimbursement, or, if it is Having found the existence of a decrease in the value of the returned products, you will receive an e-mail in which you will be notified of the amount deducted as a deduction of the reimbursement and Sorrentinoshop will proceed with the reimbursement of the amount due. Whatever payment method you use (Paypal / credit card, cash payment on delivery), the refund is activated by Sorrentinoshop in the shortest possible time, and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the date on which it became known exercise of your right of withdrawal, once verified that the withdrawal occurred in compliance with the conditions above.
The actual time for re-crediting or returning the amounts you have paid for the purchase of products depends on the payment methods used:

o cash payment on delivery: the refund is made to the current account indicated by you, therefore the repayment time depends on the correctness of the data you enter and the credit institution with which you have activated the account. In this case, the reimbursement will not include any charges to charge for cash on delivery.
In the case of a gift, the reimbursement of the sums will be made against the person who made the payment.
If you wish, as an alternative to repaying your PayPal account or the current account indicated by you, when exercising the Right of Withdrawal, you can choose to receive a refund through a purchase voucher, in the form of a credit that will be displayed in your account on sorrentinoshop.it, of the same value of the amounts to be reimbursed and which may be used for future purchases from the sorrentinoshop.it website.
The amount refunded will be credited when your return will be accepted by the Seller and at the same time as the credit is issued you will receive a confirmation e-mail that will also indicate the relative value.
The credits will be used both in full and in part, based on the value of the order and until exhaustion, to make purchases on the site sorrentinoshop.it.
III. Conditions for the change of products
In some specific cases, duly reported, as an alternative to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, you will have the possibility to change the products purchased with others, instead of obtaining the reimbursement of the relative price.
The request for exchange will take place within the limits set out below:
or only those purchased products may be subject to change, for which this possibility will be expressly provided in the form in the Post Sales section;
or you can request the exchange of one or more products purchased only with products of the same model, having different size and / or color.
or you can request the exchange of one or more products purchased within and no later than fourteen (14) working days from the date of their delivery, by completing the form, to be sent electronically to sorrentinoshop within the aforementioned term.
or you can only make one change request for each product purchased;
o the products for which you request the exchange must be returned to their original packaging, unused, worn, washed or damaged, and the identification tag must still be attached.
o the products to be exchanged in a single order must be sent to Sorrentinoshop in a single shipment. Sorrentinoshop, in fact, reserves the right not to accept products of the same order, shipped for change at different times.
If all the above conditions are correctly complied with, once the form containing your exchange request has been filled in and sent, Sorrentinoshop
will process the same replacement request by sending you a confirmation e-mail for this purpose.
IV. Times and methods for obtaining the change
After Sorrentinoshop has received the products you intend to change and checked that all the above requirements have been met, Sorrentinoshop
will verify the actual availability at its stores of the products in the size and / or color that you have selected.
In the event that the product or products selected for the change are not available at its stores, Sorrentinoshop can not accept your exchange request
and will therefore reimburse the price of the product or products originally purchased and not replaceable, according to what envisaged by the Consumer Code
and according to the procedures set out in section I and II of this statement
In the event that the product or products selected for the change are available, Sorrentinoshop can accept your exchange request and will therefore send
you an e-mail confirming the shipment of the replacement products. The shipment will take place in this case within thirty (30) days from the date on which
you received your request for an exchange, once verified that it occurred in compliance with the conditions set out above in section III of this statement.
The shipping costs of the replacement products will be charged to Sorrentinoshop, who will choose the corresponding carrier.
Where the price of the purchased product is lower than the price of the product selected for the exchange, you will not be reimbursed for the difference.
You will be contacted if your exchange request can not be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions set out in section III of this statement.
In this case, you can choose to get back the products you intended to change at your expense. If you refuse this shipment, Sorrentinoshop reserves the right
to retain the products and also using one of the hypotheses described above in section I of this information, it may also retain the amount corresponding to the
purchase price of the products themselves, or the the amount indicated for the deduction of the reimbursement, due to the decrease in value of the returned products.
The product or the substitutive products can be object of subsequent restitution according to the art. 52 of the Consumer Code and as provided for in the previous Sections I and II.
IMPORTANT NOTE ON THE ORIGINAL BOX - For shipment regarding a return, you must make sure to put the shoes in the original box, then the same box inside another box or a cardboard box (not an envelope) so that the Original box will not be damaged during transport.
The original box is part, in fact, of the product itself and if delivered to SorrentinoShop damaged (ES: punctured, crushed corners, broken in other parts, etc) we will not be able to send the order refund. In addition, do not use the tape to close the original box: this operation would also lead to not proceeding with the refund because the box will no longer be resold.
V. Product identification card
All products offered for sale by Sorrentinoshop are provided with an identification tag, which is an integral part of the asset. We invite you to try the product
without removing the tag. We also remind you that, pursuant to art. 57, II comma, of the Consumer Code, you will be responsible for the decrease in the value
of the products returned to the Seller, resulting from use of products other than what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics and operation.
VI. RETURN OF PRODUCTS
Returns can be sent via the courier indicated by Sorrentinoshop, using the prepaid waybill that will be sent to you by e-mail by Customer Service, in case of first
return of items with a value of 100 € or more in Italy, so as of defective items. This method will allow Sorrentinoshop to pay, on your behalf, the shipment and to
check at any time where your package is. In order to organize the collection of the products you want to make contact the Customer Service. Alternatively, if you
decide to use, for the return of products, a shipper other than that indicated by sorrentinoshop, you must in any case make the payment of the expenses of the
return and will bear the responsibility in case of loss or damage to products during transport.

In the case of using the payment method with PayPal, the Customer can make the payment of the order directly through his verified PayPal account. In the event that the shipment of an order effected with cash on delivery was not successful for reasons attributable to the customer, the company reserves the right not to proceed with any other order with the same payment method. In case of payment of the products by bank transfer, in the confirmation of the order of the Customer sent by email from the company will be indicated the bank coordinates of the company itself. The products subject to the Customer's order will in this case be set aside pending accreditation on the company's current account of the corresponding amounts.
The customer will in any case be required to send the company within 4 days of receipt of the order confirmation by email - a copy of the transfer order made in favor of the latter.
