The SELLER operates mainly with the following couriers: GLS, BRT or DHL. The following delivery terms are estimated: Europe: 2-4 days for main destinations/4-5 days for remote destinations; Italy 48/72h, unless unforeseen (external causes and/or remote places). During the sales or promotion period, shipments may take longer.
The timing as indicated is purely indicative and non-binding. The SELLER does not take responsibility for any delays due to customs operations and checks, or due to major force.
The SELLER will always require Paypal to contact the customer's bank for approval for payment. Delays, possibly due to the technical timing of that audit, are now accepted by the CLIENT.
In any case, the SELLER reserves the right to postpone the shipment in the presence of particular business events or cause of force majeure.
Shipping is FREE for orders larger than 99 euros.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Under art. 52 of the Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 No. 206 ("Consumer Code"), you have the right to withdraw from the contract signed with the Seller without any penalty and without having to provide any reason, within thirty (30) days from the day you received the products purchased on sorrentinoshop.com. Under art. 54 of the Code of Consumption, the right of withdrawal can be exercised by filling out the appropriate form in the Post-Sale section of the site. The Seller will send you confirmation by e-mail that the withdrawal request has been received. The first return for items worth 150 euros or more is free for orders shipped to Italy. In this case, the items must be shipped with the courier indicated by Sorrentinoshop (BRT,GLS, TNT, DHL or UPS) using the prepaid car letter that will be provided to you by Customer Service by email. Returns after the first one, as well as all returns worth less than 150 euros and part of orders shipped outside italy, are subject to the payment of shipping costs by the customer, except for defective items. Under art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded if you have purchased custom-made or custom-made products or sealed goods that do not lend themselves to be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery.
I. Conditions for the exercise of the right of withdrawal under art. 52 of the Consumer Code

If you have complied with all the required conditions, Sorrentinoshop under art. 56 of the Consumer Code will refund you in full the price of the purchased products, except for any shipping, marking, gift packs and other additional expenses that you paid at the time of theorder. In case you decide to use a shipper other than the one indicated by Sorrentinoshop you will have to make the payment of the return expenses in any case. You will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions above in the letters a), b), c), d) and e) of the previous paragraph. In this case, you can choose whether to accept the refund reduction, which will be communicated to you, due to the decrease in the value of the returned products, that is, whether to have the products purchased at your expense. If you refuse this Shipment Sorrentinoshop reserves the right to withhold the products and the amount indicated for the reduction of the refund, due to the decrease in the value of the returned products.
II. Time and refund methods
In accordance with art. 56, III paragraph of the Code of Consumption, only after Sorrentinoshop has received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the return and Sorrentinoshop will proceed to the refund, and if there is a decrease in the value of the returned products, you will receive an e-mail in which you will be notified of the amount deducted as a refund. Whatever payment method you use (Paypal/credit card, cash payment on delivery), the refund is activated by Sorrentinoshop as quickly as possible, and in any case within thirty (30) days from the date on which you became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, once you have verified that the withdrawal has taken place in accordance with the above conditions. The actual time to re-credit or return the sums you paid to purchase the products depends on the payment methods used:

III. Terms for product change

or the products to be changed as part of a single order must be sent to Sorrentinoshop in a single shipment. Sorrentinoshop, in fact, reserves the right not to accept products of the same order, shipped for exchange at different times.
If all of the above conditions are correctly complied with, once you have completed and submitted the form containing your exchange request, Sorrentinoshop will take charge of the same replacement request by sending you a confirmation email to that effect End.
IV. Times and how to get the gearbox

We also remind you that, under art. 57, II paragraph, of the Code of Consumption, you will be responsible for the decrease in the value of the products returned to the Seller, resulting in the use of the products different from the one necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics and operation.
VI. PRODUCT RETURN
Returns can be sent via the courier indicated by Sorrentinoshop, using the letter of prepaid car that will be sent to you by e-mail from the Customer Service, in case of first return of items worth 150 euros or more in Italy,as well asdefective items. This method will allow Sorrentinoshop to pay, on your behalf, the shipment and to check at all times where your package is located. In order to organize the collection of the products that you want to make contact the Customer Service. Alternatively, if you decide to use a different courier for the return of the products than the one indicated by Sorrentinoshop, you will in any case have to make the payment of the return costs in person and you will bear the responsibility in case of loss or damage of the products during transport.
