If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the items not worn can be returned for size change, store credit or refund within 10 days from the delivery date of the goods.




1. To request a return authorization, the Customer must send a request to the e-mail address: within 10 days of receiving the order. The e-mail must specify the codes of the items to be returned, the reason and type of compensation desired: change of size / product, Store Credit, or refund.

Once the return request has been received, will send the Customer a written confirmation containing the Return Authorization Number.

The Return Authorization number must be written on the waybill, which must be completed as indicated in the authorization e-mail received by the Return Department (The Courier will bring a waybill when collecting the package).

3. The return shipment will be FREE for orders over € 90.




             The customer can choose 3 types of compensation:


A) Size or Product change


You can change for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available, or make a product change. The return is free for amounts over 90 euros. There is only one free change of goods for each authorized return.

If the return is returned using a different courier, all costs will be borne by the customer and this will be required to communicate courier and tracking code of the shipment.

For orders of less than 90 euros, the return of the goods will be charged to the customer for an amount equal to 7 euros (9 euros for the islands), payable in cash at the additional cost of 5 euros or via paypal for free.

For orders paid on delivery, the customer will be required to communicate the IBAN to be reimbursed.

B) Store Credit


◦ It can be used only once within 6 months from the time of return

◦ It cannot be combined with other Store Credit

◦ It must be used entirely in an order of equal or greater value


In the case of returns charged to the customer, the amount of the Store Credit will correspond to that of the products returned, net of the costs of returning the goods.


C) Reimbursement


For orders paid with Paypal the refund will be made to the original account and will be issued within 30 days from the date of delivery of the return to the SORRENTINOSHOP warehouses and the items will be verified. The timing may vary slightly depending on the banking system of the credit card used.

The costs of returning the goods will be charged to the customer for an amount equal to 10 euros (14 euros for the islands), so the refund amount will be net of these expenses.

For orders paid on delivery, the customer will be required to communicate the IBAN code to be reimbursed.

The reimbursement will be net of the costs of the cash on delivery and the various shipping costs incurred or 15 euros (19 euros for the islands)

 The process can last up to 30 working days from the time of receipt of the return. The customer will receive an email with confirmation of the return receipt and the refund.


Data needed to make the refund by bank transfer:


1. Name and Surname of the account holder. In order for the transaction to be successful, it is very important to specify the name of the holder of the reference account.

2. IBAN: 27-character code.

3. BIC / SWIFT: bank identification code of 8 characters.


If the information provided is incorrect, the refund may be delayed due to additional checks to be made.



The return of the items must be received at the Sorrentinoshop headquarters within 10 days from the written authorization to the Customer by the Returns department, and the repayment of the amount will take place within 30 days from the receipt of the items.


The security thread present on the items that are returned must not be cut or broken. The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and show no signs of any kind.

Each item must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories received with the order.

All footwear and accessories must be returned along with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been in any way damaged and / or altered, nor used as a single external packaging.

Returns must be sent inside the Sorrentinoshop box or in any other safe and adequately sized package.

In the event that the customer receives defective goods or errors in shipments by, the shipping costs of the goods will be borne by You are requested to follow the same instructions as above. reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its premises.


1. Sorrentinoshop reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or shipments with couriers other than those indicated in the email with return instructions. The acceptance of these returns however involves a charge equal to 20% of the value of the returned goods.

2. Sorrentinoshop will not accept the returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions provided by the return policy. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address. Acceptance of these returns, however, involves a charge equal to 20% of the amount paid.
